Description
The Grundfos 97722538 (DDA 12-10 FCM-PVC/E/C-F-32I004BG) is a Digital Dosing Pump — SMART. SMART Digital diaphragm dosing pump with internal brushless motor. High-end solution for complex dosing applications. Rated 100-240V, 1-Phase, 50, 60 Hz. Applications include Process liquids transfer, Cooling, Industrial process water treatment.
SMART Digital Dosing
Microprocessor-controlled diaphragm pump with servo motor drive. Adjusts stroke and speed independently — true flow control from 0.1% to 100% without a bypass.
Brushless Servo Motor Drive
Brushless motor eliminates brush wear and motor maintenance. Expected service life significantly longer than traditional peristaltic or solenoid dosing pumps.
FlowControl Technology
Multi-sensor feedback loop adjusts dosing in real time based on system back pressure. Flow accuracy maintained regardless of pressure variation.
Degassing Function
Automatic degassing prevents air lock in chemical lines — critical for hypochlorite and other gas-generating chemicals. Runs without operator intervention.
All Major Communication Protocols
PROFIBUS, MODBUS, Profinet, GENIbus — DDA integrates with any automation or SCADA system. Remote monitoring and parameter adjustment included.
Chemical Resistance — Full Range
Wetted parts available in EPDM, FKM, PTFE, or stainless steel for virtually any dosing chemical. Confirm wetted material selection against your chemical before ordering.

| Electrical | Verify supply voltage, phase, and frequency match nameplate before installation: 100-240V, 1-Phase, 50, 60 Hz. |
| Temperature limits | Do not exceed max fluid temperature 113°F or max ambient temperature 113°F. Exceeding limits damages seals and motor insulation. |
| Dry running | Do not run dry. DDA pumps use the pumped fluid to lubricate the shaft seal. Dry running destroys the seal within seconds. Install dry-run protection on all automatic installations. |
| Maintenance | Refer to the Grundfos Installation and Operating Manual (IOM) for correct installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Contact PumpStop for documentation. |
