Refund policy
At Pump Stop, we know you need the right pump—fast. Whether you’ve pulled a pump, read its part number, and searched for an exact replacement, or you’re matching a spec from system schematics, our goal is to ship your order accurately and promptly. Below are the details you need to know about processing, delivery, damages, and returns.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM ET are processed within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, please allow an extra day for processing. We'll notify you via email if any delays occur.
Delivery Timelines
All orders ship within 2–3 business days of availability. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated window, please email us at info@pump-stop.com.
Note: Shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or courier disruptions are outside of our control and are not grounds for refund or cancellation.
Tracking & Address Changes
Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as they are available. Entered the wrong shipping address? Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to update it—though we can’t guarantee changes once processing has started.
Returns & Refunds
Like-new, non-defective, undamaged items can be returned within 30 days at your expense. Refunds exclude the original shipping charge and any return shipping incurred by Pump Stop. Products must be in original packaging and subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. Restocking fees (0–100%) may apply based on product type.
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing info@pump-stop.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or video.
- Unauthorized or incomplete returns may be refused.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit—please use a trackable shipping service.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and confirmed via email.
Non-returnable items include: Explosion-proof (XP) pumps, mechanical seals, O-rings, custom/specialty builds, parts, and any unopened item returned after 30 days.
Important: If you refuse delivery without prior authorization, the return will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Duplicate Orders
Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered a return if cancelled. Cancellations may incur a 15% fee. Duplicate orders are the buyer’s responsibility and may be subject to restocking fees.
Note: If a manufacturer lead time changes, we will contact you. If the new timeline doesn’t work, you may cancel without penalty.
Refund Timing & Late Refunds
Refunds are issued immediately once approved. If you haven’t seen the credit yet, check with your bank or card issuer—it may take up to 30 days to reflect.
Invalid Return Reasons
- "I changed my mind"
- "I found it cheaper elsewhere"
These reasons are not accepted under our return policy. Please only place orders when you are ready to commit to the purchase.
