About Pump Stop

Pump Stop has been in pumps since 1988. We began selling online in 2024 to make it easier to get the part you need without a phone tree and a week of waiting. We sell industrial pump parts and products alongside septic pumps, parts, and products, and the goal is to be one stop for both.

Who you're actually talking to

Our team came up on the service side: septic pumping, wastewater treatment, industrial pump repair, fire pump repair. They know pumps because they've spent years fixing them. There are real family ties in the shop too, a couple of father-son teams and a few siblings.

Straight lead times

This is the thing we'd point to first. Plenty of retailers will quote you a lead time a week or two shorter than the real one and take your order anyway. Everyone is getting the same lead time from the manufacturer. There's no back door. If we hear 14 weeks, we'll tell you 14, even when someone else is telling you 10. That costs us orders. It also means you're not the one sitting at week 12 with no pump, having paid a couple hundred extra for the privilege.

What we do

Bring us a part number and we'll get you a quote with an accurate lead time. If it isn't listed on the site, we'll go find it. We'll chase a $25 part, probably more than we should.

What we don't do

We don't spec pumps for applications, size pumps, review specs, or recommend a replacement for a discontinued model. Most of what we sell is special order and often can't be returned, so a wrong spec is an expensive mistake that sticks. If you need a pump specced, that's a job for an engineer or the manufacturer. Bring us the part number and we'll take it from there. It's something we'd like to offer down the road, but we don't today.

Pricing

No sales, no promo codes. The price on the page is the best we can do. We're about as competitive as it gets online, especially on Grundfos, and strong on Crane and Barmesa.
