Cartridge Mechanical Seal

| Temperature limits | Do not exceed max fluid temperature 248°F or max ambient temperature 140°F. Exceeding limits damages seals and motor insulation. |
| Dry running | Do not run dry. CRN pumps use the pumped fluid to lubricate the shaft seal. Dry running destroys the seal within seconds. Install dry-run protection on all automatic installations. |
