All Stainless Steel Construction — No Iron in the Fluid Path
Every wetted component — impeller, shaft, chamber stacks, flanges, and casing — is in EN 1.4401 (316) stainless steel. Eliminates iron contamination for food-grade, pharmaceutical, chemical, and high-purity water applications.
Cartridge Mechanical Seal — No Adjustment Required
Pre-set cartridge seal is factory-set to correct compression — no measurement or adjustment required at installation. Reduces installation error and ensures consistent seal face load regardless of who installs it.
Chemical Compatibility — Broad Fluid Range
EN 1.4401 stainless steel and EPDM or Viton seal materials provide compatibility across a wide range of corrosive and aggressive fluids. HQQE configuration (EPDM O-rings) for acids and alkalis. HQQV (Viton O-rings) for petroleum-based and high-temperature fluids.
Combined DIN/ANSI/JIS Flanges — Global Installation Flexibility
Pump flanges are machined to accept DIN, ANSI, and JIS flange connections with the same pump body — one pump serves all three piping standards without adapters. Significant value for facilities with mixed international piping standards.
Variable Speed with CRN E-Motor (CRNE)
CRNE variant adds integrated VFD and IE5 permanent magnet motor. Variable speed pressure control without a separate drive — reduces panel space, eliminates wiring between drive and motor, and simplifies commissioning.
