Coolant-Compatible Materials

Constructed from materials compatible with water-soluble cutting fluids, synthetic coolants, and semi-synthetic coolants. Not designed for petroleum-based cutting oils — verify compatibility before use.

Continuous-Duty Motor

Motor is rated for continuous operation — the pump runs whenever the machine runs. Designed for the duty cycle of a production machine tool, not a general-purpose pump with intermittent operation.

Compact Sump-Mount Design

Compact design fits within standard machine tool coolant sumps. The pump mounts directly in the sump without additional support structure — minimizing footprint and simplifying installation.

Self-Priming from Shallow Sumps

Low net positive suction head requirements allow reliable priming even when coolant levels are low. Important for machines with small sumps where coolant level fluctuates during operation.

TEFC / Coolant-Sealed Motor

Sealed motor prevents coolant and mist intrusion into windings — the leading cause of coolant pump motor failure in machine tool applications where coolant splashing is unavoidable.
