The Lutz 0205-411 is a Drum Pump Set with a Niro (Stainless Steel) pump tube, electric motor-driven, 230V / 50Hz. Delivers up to 95 l/min at up to 14 mWS head. Sealless design — no media-contacting shaft seal, no seal wear, no leak risk at the seal interface. Suitable for: acetone, formic acid, Butylacetat, acetic acid, Nikotin, Styrol, toluene, Äththylacetat.
Direct Drum Transfer — No Decanting, No Spills
Lutz drum pump sets transfer liquid directly from 55-gallon drums and IBCs without tilting, pouring, or decanting. The pump tube submerges to the drum bottom — maximizing product recovery and eliminating manual handling injuries associated with drum tipping.
Sealless Design — Zero Shaft Seal Leakage
The sealless design eliminates the mechanical shaft seal entirely. No rotating seal interface means no seal wear, no seal leakage, and no seal degradation from chemical attack — the leading cause of drum pump failure in aggressive chemical service.
