The Lutz 0151-400 is a Pump Tube Assembly with a Niro (Stainless Steel) pump tube. Delivers up to 244 l/min at up to 15 mWS head. Suitable for: Desinfektionsmittel, Emulsionen, alkalis / caustics, solvents, mineral oils, Pflanzenöle, Pflegemittel, Reinigungsmittel, acids, water.
Pump Tube Only — Pair with Your Lutz Motor
This is a pump tube assembly without a motor — designed to connect to a compatible Lutz motor. Verify motor compatibility before ordering. Tube material, diameter, and shaft connection type must match your motor.
Material Is Critical — Select for Your Fluid
Polypropylene for acids and alkalis. Stainless steel for solvents and petroleum products. PVDF for aggressive oxidizers and concentrated acids. Select the tube material based on your specific fluid and concentration.
Sealless Design — No Media-Contacting Seal
No mechanical shaft seal in the fluid path. The impeller runs in the fluid without a seal interface — no seal wear, no replacement intervals, no seal-related leakage over the product lifetime.
Replacement and Material Upgrade
Replacement tubes allow motor reuse when the tube reaches end of life. Also used to upgrade material configuration — replace the tube with a different material while retaining the existing motor and accessories.
