Grundfos iSOLUTIONS MONITOR Site Survey | A Pump Check is a good way of checking pump performance to avoid pump breakdowns and optimise and improve your operating installation. This optimisation provides tangible financial benefits: Optimised pumps save energy, last longer, cost less to run and maintain and run at peak performance, making it possible to reach the productivity targets set for your system. Requirements: 1. The pump unit is installed on site and is mounted in accordance with the installation manual. 2. The pump is already in operation. The pump need not have been commissioned but must have been started. 3. Safety precautions for people and equipment have been observed, and international and local safety regulations have been followed. Scope of supply and services: 1. All defined pumps analysed according to a checklist2. All aspects of Grundfos pumps checked, e. g. compatibility with the system, correct installation and alignment3. Analysis determining whether adjustments are necessary4. Complete overview of how the pumps may be adjusted for an application5. If adjustments are necessary, Grundfos will work with you to perform adjustments in a manner that ensures optimal system performance6. Service job finalised with a report highlighting all areas covered and including recommendationsRemark: The price does not include waiting times and work on site caused by improper installation or improper conditions.
